Rib Valley Fishing Lakes
Rib Valley Fishing Lakes is a 20-acre fishery at Westmill Farm, beside the River Rib at Ware in Hertfordshire. Three purpose-built still-water lakes, a beginners' pond and a kilometre of the river offer coarse and fly fishing from 6am to dusk, 364 days a year, with a tackle shop and café on site.

The website for a 20-acre fishery in Hertfordshire's Rib Valley, with our own aerial photography and a drone flyover of every lake.
We built the site and shot everything on it. A drone took us over each lake in turn: the stills show the shape of the water, the islands and the swims from above, and a flyover film opens every lake's page, so an angler can see where they'll be sitting before they book. Each page pairs that footage with the facts anglers ask for first, the acreage, the depth and what's in the water, from Rib Lake's 37lb carp to the rainbows stocked in Millennium. The homepage opens on a sunset flight over the valley. Day and night tickets for every lake are booked and paid for online and checked bankside by the bailiff, and a news page carries the lake reports: what's being caught, on what, and where.
