AME is a small team of RICS chartered building surveyors working across London and the home counties: three director-level partners and their administrator, who have worked together for over 20 years. They advise on the whole life of a property, from feasibility and technical due diligence through dilapidations, project management and insurance assessments, for clients including AXA, the BBC and UCL.

A website for a London partnership of chartered building surveyors, with their clients and case studies run from dzined cloud's Model Kit.
We designed and built the site around how AME win work: proof. The homepage sets a client's words beside each point it makes, and two sections carry the evidence. Case studies are filed under the services AME offer, from building surveys and technical due diligence to dilapidations and project management, and each one shows the facts a property director scans for: who the client was, the type of property, the location, the size and the value. The clients page is a wall of the names they have worked for. Both run on Model Kit, so adding a project is a form in dzined cloud rather than a web edit.

The client list is a second model in the same workspace, so a new name goes up the same way, with no developer in the loop.
